INGREDIENTS:



  • 500 gms pork
  • 6-7 big mature leaves of mustard greens
  • One small ghost chili ( you can use any other chilies also)
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • One finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • Salt to taste













Instructions: 



Cut pork into block-measured pieces. Wash under running water.
